We do not promise that all of the insurance we offer will be the very cheapest available; this is simply because the cheapest often does not offer the best value. We have also avoided selecting partner organisations that offer very low year-one prices and then put through massive premium increases in year two. Sometimes rates have to rise, there can be genuine reasons for this, however this must be supported by honest straightforward dealing which has always been at the heart of our offering to customers. We insist upon the same conduct from our partner organisations to enable our customers to have assurance that they can continue to look to i:protect for value for money now and in the future.
