How to claim on your Gadget Insurance
In the event of a claim, it is essential that you:
- Report a theft to the police within 24 hours of discovery and if the gadget is a mobile phone you must report this to your airtime provider to stop calls being made.
- Contact Allianz Schemes in one of the following ways:

Do I have to complete a claim form?
Not for accidental damage or breakdown claims as these will be dealt with over the telephone. A form only has to be completed in respect of theft claims. Apply for one by contacting Allianz Schemes see above, or download a copy by selecting the Claim Form link in the left hand margin of this page.
